  • John Lodder

This is a superb product of a great European project, aimed to spread the ‘strength based thinking’ for individuals, management and organisations throughout Europe. The Appreciative Inquiry approach is described in this e-book in many practical case studies applied in many European countries/organisations. It is very stimulating to read them and gives good inspiration for applying into your own practice. John Lodder

  • Jeannette Schonewille

This E-book is a fantastic result of the Grunvig project. It is great having such descriptions from the Appreciative Inquiry approach in many organisations in many European countries.

So far I’ve just read a couple of articles in the E-book, but this is definetely a good source for both seeing what’s going on in different places in Europe and to be able to contact people that does interesting things. I think it’s a really good product!

What a wonderful book! Interesting new theoretical chapters about adult development, learning and systemic and social constructionist thinking. Thank you Anne, Nadia and Lena.
I am going to spread this book around through the Netherlands to show that AI is also very much alive in Europe an share the interesting case stories. I am also proud to be part of this book and think it will inspire lots of others working in the adult education.

And of course lots of appreciation for Annet and Leif who helped to bring all those contributions together and make it all sharable.
